The Turnover Checklist That Keeps Reviews Five-Star
Share
The gap between a good review and a great one is usually the reset. When a unit is turned over in a hurry, the small things slip, and the small things are exactly what guests notice. A simple checklist keeps every stay consistent.
Start with the bathroom
It is the room guests judge first. Fresh, sealed amenities, a clean counter, and nothing half-used signals that the space was actually prepared for them.
Restock before you run low
Do not wait for the empty bottle. Keep a par level for each unit and top up on every turnover so you are never scrambling between back-to-back bookings.
A quick reset checklist
- Fresh toiletries set, sealed and stocked
- Wrapped soap on the counter and in the shower
- Toothbrush and floss backup in the drawer
- Towelettes by the entry or nightstand
- Nothing half-used, nothing shared
