Start small, build up

This is a firm-hold adhesive — two small dots per plate is usually plenty. Start with less than you think you need and add on the next application until you find your amount, so removal stays easy at the end of the day.

How much should I use?

Less than you'd expect. Two small dots per plate is a good starting point — add a little more on your next application if you need it. Overapplying is the most common reason people find it hard to remove at the end of the day.

How long does the hold last?

It's formulated for a full-day hold, though how long you get depends a lot on your own fit. Upper plates generally hold longer than lowers, and if there's little ridge for the plate to sit against, no adhesive will hold as well. If you're not getting a full day, try adjusting the amount before changing products.

What's in it?

Calcium/sodium PVM/MA copolymer, petrolatum, cellulose gum, and mineral oil. No zinc, no fluoride.

Does it work with partial dentures?

Yes, it's suitable for both full and partial plates.

Is it FSA or HSA eligible?
